The simple joys of life...
Just got home not long ago. Was a long, quiet walk down Branksome Road. It's been... I think... Close to three years since we've moved to this area, but it was actually the first time I took a walk around my neighbourhood. Pretty cool, most of the houses here are like... WHOA. Sadly, VGA camera phones suck, so I couldn't take any photos. Will upload some when I get a new camera, or when my parents sponsor the repairs for my bricked one. HAHA.So... Went to Singapore Post Coffee Bean after tuition today.
Cool Place. A rather conducive place to study, I might add. Until a group of working adults came in, and started cracking jokes to each other. I can't believe the amount of noise they were generating, it DROWNED OUT the sounds of my iPod at full blast. -_-!
And I ordered a latte.
Which I gulped down with relish. Chien Shen ordered a chocolate chip cupcake, and left it uneaten till an hour later...
Chien: "Eh, wah lao, kena scammed. The cupcake's as hard as a rock la." *pokes cupcake*
Les: O.O "Yar. But then, you left it there for so long it's turned cold, of course it'd become hard."
And so we left the place with the rock-hard cupcake half-eaten. What a waste of food...
A good thing though. I've completed part of my tuition homework already! Woo! MCQ is done!
Countdown 5 days to GP prelim papers. Work hard everyone! I'm sure we can do it!
It's getting so monotonous I need to find ways to keep myself motivated...
